To enroll a child in Perea's program, parents need to sign up on the Perea waiting list as soon as they know they want their child to attend Perea. The waiting list is reviewed in March or April when 64 three-year olds are chosen to start school the following August. Children remaining on the waiting list will be permitted into the program as space opens up. Once admitted, children are guaranteed a spot for the duration of the two-year program. Enrollment is governed by income level and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Perea requires an annual registration fee with tuition based on a sliding scale. Children accepted into our two-year program must be three-years old by September 30 and toilet trained.
